Hi, I’m Emily. As an experienced Design Director, I bring a high level of creativity, empathy and strategic leadership to every brand experience and team I'm a part of.

Currently a Design Director at Kolar Design, I work closely with Fortune 100 C-Suite executives, sales, marketing and event teams to bring their brand stories to life. Industries of focus include CPG (oral care, hair care, fem care and beauty), B2C and B2B (technology, healthcare, government, aviation, automotive and banking).

With a demonstrated history working in the creative industry, I’m responsible for delivering world-class brand experiences while leading a multidisciplinary internal graphic and experience design team and robust network of external partners.

Most importantly, I’m a Mom of two toddlers and am passionate about leading and cultivating a generation of Moms and caregivers who thrive in the creative industry.
